Web streaming & hybrid event:
At the Bouche à oreille, we offer several streaming solutions, whether for a meeting via Teams or Zoom, or a broadcast on Youtube, Twitter or Facebook. All is possible!!! We offer different packages, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
Pack 1 with a fixed camera which films the scene, to pack 4 with two fixed cameras and two mobile cameras which film close-ups of the speakers and the public during the Q&A. We also suggest that you integrate skin: a logo in a corner of the screen or titles with the names of the speakers, signs or video jingles before, during or at the end of the stream.
For powerpoints we offer from pack 2 a layout with the powerpoint in full screen and the speaker in a corner of the screen.
In addition we offer the possibility of recording the streaming in high quality and the option of recording each source separately for later editing.

Conference and seminar:
The Big venue can accommodate all types of seminars or conferences.
With its original scenography, its floor space of 150 m2, its stage of 25 m2, its adjustable lighting giving the place an atmosphere adapted to all events. The sound system and its video projector allows you to project Powerpoints, videos to face-to-face speakers or to interact with remote speakers. Broadcast your event on social networks, everything is possible. Depending on the different setups, the large room can accommodate between 130 and 200 people.
An interaction with the Orangery to rebroadcast the conference/seminar. The red and the white room on the lower floor can also be used to create sub-groups with specific themes. The Big venue is fully modular, for example, at the end of your event, it can be transformed into a concert hall or dance floor to end the day in style.
Away day and team building:
With the Big venue and its atypical decoration, the musical instruments suspended from the ceiling. The Bouche à oreille is a warm and inspiring place. Far from the classic conference rooms, at Bouche à oreille, you welcome your staff in a unique environment which, thanks to its large courtyard and the Foyer, undoubtedly lends itself to the conviviality and fun activities of team buildings. The theater stage can also be used for exercises, games or other entertainment.
In addition, the Orangery and the Courtyard are relaxation areas that will allow your guests to feel in a space out of time.
Weddings :
Entrust us with your wedding, and make the most beautiful day of your life a dream! Our maitre d'Hotel and his caring and experienced team take great care of you and your guests in order to make this event an exceptional and unforgettable day. The Foyer and the Courtyard are perfect for the welcome drink, while the Orangery can host a ceremony or a buffet or even a musical band during the drink. The dinner can then be held in the Big venue and any speeches by the guests in the hall or on the stage, as well as the projection of pictures or videos. At the end of the evening, part of the tables can be cleared for the dance evening under the colored lasers and other light effects.
Concerts, theater and other cultural events:
Many artists have already set foot on the theater stage: Zidani, The UK comedy club, Carlos Vaquera, Jules, Mister Cover, BirdPen, Jacques Stozem, Guillermo Guiz, Guy Pratt etc. The Big venue can accommodate up to 200 people standing and 130 people seated. Even if The bouche à oreille does not have its own cultural programming, the place lends itself to a private showcase or a cultural event. The Big venue is equipped with all the necessary equipment in terms of sound, light, projection and video capture/broadcasting in multicameras and multitrack audio recordings. You don't have to rent anything, everything is on site. In addition, our sound and light technicians are there to provide the show or to welcome your technicians on site.
Evening, drink, end-of-shooting party…:
Thanks to its versatile spaces, at The Bouche à oreille, you can organize an evening for your staff, a birthday, an afterwork aperitif or even an end-of-shooting party... with a dj or a band in the Big venue, while others guests chat in the foyer or in the Courtyard. From May, the Courtyard offers an outdoor space that allows you to organize afterwork aperitifs with cocktails and/or tapas or snacks served at the outdoor bar. A DJ or a small band can also be installed in the Orangery, directly linked to the outside.
